AI governance isn’t just another corporate buzzword or regulatory headache. It’s the fundamental question of how we ensure these increasingly powerful systems don’t accidentally steer us off a cliff. Think about it – we’re building systems that can make decisions faster than any human committee, yet we’re still trying to govern them with rulebooks written for slower times.
Remember when social media platforms promised to connect the world? They did – but they also connected our darkest impulses and created echo chambers we’re still struggling to escape.
